Overview
The COSEC ESS Portal gives employees and managers direct access to attendance records, leave balances, shift schedules, and personal information — without involving HR for routine requests. This self-service approach reduces HR workload while empowering employees with instant access to their own data.
We deploy the ESS Portal as part of every COSEC CENTRA and VYOM installation in Dubai. Employees access the portal through a web browser or the COSEC APTA mobile app. They can view their attendance history, check leave balances, apply for leave, submit tour requests, and update personal details like bank accounts and emergency contacts.
Managers get a separate dashboard showing team attendance, pending approval requests, and shift planning tools. They can approve or reject leave requests with a single tap, authorize attendance corrections, and monitor team schedules — all from their phone during meetings or while traveling.
