Overview
The COSEC SAMAY is a standalone attendance terminal built for small and mid-size businesses that need reliable biometric time tracking without the complexity of a server-based system. It operates completely independently — plug it in, enroll users, and start tracking attendance immediately.
We install SAMAY terminals in small offices, retail outlets, clinics, and salons across Dubai. The device handles everything locally: user enrollment, attendance logging, shift management, and report generation. Connect a USB drive to export attendance data in Excel format for direct payroll processing.
Despite its simplicity, the SAMAY supports multiple credential types — fingerprint, RFID card, and PIN — and stores up to 5,000 users with 300,000 event logs. For growing businesses that later need centralized management, the SAMAY can be upgraded to connect to COSEC CENTRA or VYOM platforms.
