Our Field Service Management App empowers your technicians in the field while giving managers real-time visibility into operations. Technicians receive job assignments on their phones, navigate to the site, document their work with photos, and update job status — all from a single app.

We built this solution for service companies in Dubai — HVAC maintenance firms, IT support providers, cleaning companies, and facility management organizations. The app eliminates paper job sheets, reduces miscommunication between office and field, and provides data for performance analysis and customer billing.

Managers see a real-time map of all technicians, with color-coded status indicators showing who is available, en route, or on-site. The dispatch system assigns jobs based on proximity, skill set, and workload. When a technician completes a job, the customer signs on the phone screen, and the completed report is instantly available in the office for invoicing.
